Bill Manager collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your financial information stays on your device unless you switch on sync, and even then it goes only to a server you control.
None. Bill Manager has no sign-up, no login and no user accounts. It does not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, advertising identifier or any usage analytics. Nothing is sent to the developer, and nothing about you is sold or shared with anyone.
The bills, subscriptions, income and payment history you type in are stored on your own device. The developer cannot see any of it.
Sync is switched off by default. If you turn it on, your bill and income entries are copied to a sync bridge you deploy to your own Cloudflare account, so that your other devices can show the same list. In that case:
Bills can store a link to the biller's official website. Tapping Pay opens that site in Safari. From that point you are on the biller's own website, and their privacy policy applies, not this one. Bill Manager never processes payments and never asks for card, bank or login details.
Bill reminders are scheduled locally by iOS on your device. No reminder information is sent to any server.
Bill Manager is a general-purpose budgeting tool and is not directed at children. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.
Deleting the app removes everything stored on that device. If you used sync, turning sync off and deleting the bridge from your Cloudflare account removes the synced copy.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
